Blockbuster Creditor Seeks To Probe Icahn Involvement

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 2:27 PM EST) -- Blockbuster Inc. creditor Lyme Regis Partners LLC has asked for court permission to investigate the involvement in the video rental giant's bankruptcy of billionaire Carl Icahn, who has been extensively involved with the company both before and after its bankruptcy filing and provided part of its $125 million in debtor-in-possession financing.
