Ford, Navistar Face Another Class Action Over Engines

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 3:12 PM EST) -- Ford Motor Co. and Navistar Inc. have been pulled into court again over their diesel engines, this time in a Tennessee putative class action that accuses them of hiding alleged defects in the engines from consumers.
