Ex-Gen Re Execs Ask 2nd Circ. For Conviction Reversal

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 6:18 PM EST) -- Former executives of General Reinsurance Group urged an appeals court on Wednesday to reverse their fraud convictions associated with a $500 million accounting scandal at American International Group Inc., alleging prosecutors misrepresented facts to the jury.
