Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 1:42 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered Dymatize Enterprises Inc. and Maximum Human Performance Inc. to finalize their proposed settlement agreement in a false advertising and antitrust dispute over Dymatize's promotion of its protein supplement Elite 12.
