Mesa Passes Disclosure Hurdle For Ch. 11 Exit Plan

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 3:29 PM EST) -- A federal judge has conditionally approved a disclosure statement for regional airline Mesa Air Group Inc., cautioning the company to take care in revising language concerning certain releases before he grants an official sign-off.

Judge Martin Glenn told attorneys Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York that he would grant conditional approval to the disclosure statement as long as he is permitted to review changes.

A confirmation hearing was scheduled for the company's reorganization plan on Jan. 10.
