6th Circ. Awards Damages In USAF Contract Spat

Law360, New York (November 18, 2010, 7:58 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court decided Thursday to award the U.S. government damages that were withheld by a lower court in a suit accusing United Technologies Corp. of misleading the U.S. Air Force in a jet engine contract bidding war.
