9th Circ. Keeps Verizon Class Action In Federal Court

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 4:05 PM EST) -- An appeals court panel has said a proposed consumer overbilling class action against Verizon Communications Inc. should remain in federal court, overruling a district court judge who said the case should be sent back to California court.
