NWA Hedge Funds Surrender Trading Data

Law360, New York (March 22, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After weeks of protest, a group of hedge funds decided Wednesday to turn over information regarding its trading activity in Northwest Airlines Corp.’s stock and debt.

In a marked departure from its previous stance, the ad hoc committee of equity stakeholders opted to submit trading details to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan, abandoning its appeal of an order recently handed down by Judge Allan Gropper.
