Jensen is managing partner of the Northern Virginia office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and head of the firm's government contracts and disputes practice group. Jensen's practice consists of assisting clients with all aspects of federal government contracts law. His work includes the representation of clients in bid protests, particularly before the U.S. Government Accountability Office. He represents companies in government audits and investigations, in defending against government claims, and in matters of suspension and debarment. He pursues contractor claims and appeals and resolves issues between prime contractors and subcontractors. Jensen also advises clients on ethics and compliance, subcontracts and teaming arrangements, government data rights, cost allowability and accounting issues, national security matters, and commercial item acquisition.
