Bill Would Keep State Funds Out Of Organizers' Hands

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 3:20 PM EST) -- Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., has proposed legislation to overrule the 2008 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Chamber of Commerce v. Brown and reinstate a ban keeping government contractors and other companies from using state funds for union organization efforts.
