Mesa Wins Final OK Of Ch. 11 Exit Plan

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 2:22 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted the official sign-off to Mesa Air Group Inc.'s disclosure statement, paving the way for the company to put its blueprint for exiting Chapter 11 protection to creditors for a vote.

The final approval by Judge Martin Glenn came Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, after the judge took issue with language used in instructions to creditors who wish to indicate that they prefer not to release potential claims against parties associated with the debtor....
