Doc Production Order Stands In Air Cargo MDL

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 4:23 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation accusing a slew of airlines of fixing air cargo shipping prices has shot down opposition to a magistrate judge's order directing South African Airways Ltd. to produce data allegedly shielded from discovery by South African law.
