US Intervenes In FCA Suit Over Office Supplies

Law360, New York (November 29, 2010, 6:05 PM EST) -- The U.S. government has filed a False Claims Act suit against four office supply companies alleging that they sold federal agencies millions of dollars worth of products that were manufactured in China, in violation of the Trade Agreements Act.

The companies named as defendants in the intervenor complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California are Divine Imaging Inc., Impac Computer Supplies Inc., Lakota Enterprises Inc. and Palm Business Supply.
