OMB Chief Orders Review After WikiLeaks Release

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 4:48 PM EST) -- U.S. Office of Management and Budget Chief Jacob Lew has instructed heads of government departments and agencies to review their processes for handling sensitive and classified information following the release of hundreds of thousands of pages of secret documents by the WikiLeaks organization.

Sunday’s memo came just hours after a handful of major news organizations began publishing stories based on advance looks at the roughly 250,000 pages of leaked memos and cables.
