Wells Fargo Overtime Suit Remanded Again

Law360, New York (November 30, 2010, 6:26 PM EST) -- Wells Fargo Bank NA has again failed to keep a lawsuit in federal court alleging it denied overtime pay to its mortgage consultants and specialists.

Judge William B. Shubb of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California granted the plaintiffs' motion to remand the case back to Superior Court of California, County of Solano in an order filed Monday. Wells Fargo removed the case to federal court shortly after it was filed.
