Judge Partially Clears Amazon In Suit Over Business-Method Patents

Law360 (September 8, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. federal judge has partially granted online retailer Amazon.com’s motion for summary judgment in Pinpoint’s lawsuit for infringement of its patented system for scheduling broadcast and providing access to video programs.
