ManTech Accused Of Lying To Earn $16M DeCA Contract

Law360 (December 1, 2010, 6:32 PM EST) -- Management company American Systems Consulting Inc. has accused competitor ManTech Advanced Systems International Inc. of lying to the U.S. government about the employment status of one of its key managers to win a $16 million contract from the Defense Commissary Agency.
