Ansel Adams Trademark Suit Survives Dismissal Bid

Law360 (December 3, 2010, 5:11 PM EST) -- A judge has refused to toss a trademark infringement suit filed by the Ansel Adams Publishing Rights Trust against a California man who says a set of negatives he purchased at a garage sale were taken by the late photographer.
