Kohl Calls For Close Scrutiny Of Google-ITA Deal

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 7:45 PM EST) -- Sen. Herb Kohl, D-Wis., told the U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday that Google Inc.'s proposed $700 million acquisition of ITA Software Inc. should be reviewed carefully, although he stopped short of advocating that the government block the deal.
