FPL Food Faces Wage-And-Hour Class Action

Law360 (March 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- FPL Food LLC, which bills itself as the largest privately owned, fully integrated beef processing facility in the southeastern United States, is facing a proposed class action filed by two former employees who claim the company violated federal law by not adequately compensating workers.
