Anti-Union Attys Denied Class Counsel Spot Seek Cert

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 6:49 PM EST) -- Attorneys with an anti-union nonprofit have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a district judge’s decision barring them from representing a class of nonunion members challenging some compulsory union dues.
