DMX Wins 2nd Case Over Alternative License Structures

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 6:31 PM EST) -- DMX Inc., a provider of background music services for restaurants, bars, hotels, retailers and other businesses, has won an adjustable fee blanket license from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers just a few months after winning a similar license from the other main performing rights organization, Broadcast Music Inc.
