Judge Won’t Let Contractors Ditch FEMA Trailer MDL

Law360 (December 3, 2010, 7:50 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to allow Shaw Environmental Inc. and other government contractors to exit multidistrict litigation claiming trailers issued after hurricanes Katrina and Rita exposed residents to formaldehyde.
