Feds Subpoena Researcher In Insider Trading Probe

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 6:17 PM EST) -- The owner of independent research service Broadband Research LLC has reportedly been handed a subpoena seeking more information about his clients and business records, marking the latest twist in a saga that began last month when he shunned the government's request to wear a wiretap as part of an insider trading investigation.

The subpoena from the FBI requests two years of records relating to John Kinnucan's clients, as well as details regarding his contacts in the technology business, Kinnucan told the Wall Street Journal on Friday....
