Judge OKs $4.2M In Hydrogen Peroxide MDL Deals

Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 3:18 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing the hydrogen peroxide antitrust multidistrict litigation has given his blessing to $4.2 million in settlements between indirect purchaser plaintiffs and the defendants, as well as granting the plaintiffs' bid for attorneys' fees.

Judge Stewart Dalzell awarded the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees in the amount of 30 percent of the total settlement figure, representing about $1.26 million, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Monday.
