Comcast Faces OT Action From Data Analysts

Law360, New York (December 8, 2010, 6:55 PM EST) -- Comcast Corp. has been hit with a putative class action by data analysts accusing the cable giant of previously misclassifying them as exempt from overtime compensation.

Lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on Tuesday by Benjamin Pack and Brandon Conner, the suit alleges Comcast had given the lofty title to low-level data analysts and failed to pay them overtime in breach of federal employment law.
