Judge OKs O'Melveny Fees In Philly News Bankruptcy

Law360 (December 8, 2010, 8:46 PM EST) -- The judge in the Philadelphia Newspapers LLC bankruptcy has granted O'Melveny & Myers LLP's motion for compensation, approving unpaid fees and costs of $441,000 and bringing the total collected by the firm between March 2009 until October 2010 to $2.62 million.

Judge Stephen Raslavich of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday approved a request by the law firm, which represents the committee of unsecured creditors, greenlighting $441,000 in additional payments and approving their total billing.
