Aldus Equity, Top Lobbyist Settle Pay-To-Play Probe

Law360, New York (December 8, 2010, 8:22 PM EST) -- Influential Albany, N.Y., lobbyist Patricia Lynch agreed to a five-year ban from meeting with the state comptroller on Wednesday in a settlement with New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo that also calls for her firm to pay $500,000 to end a probe into her ties to corruption at the state pension fund.
