Google Blasts USDA Over Cloud Computing Contract

Law360 (December 8, 2010, 8:39 PM EST) -- Google Inc. is crying foul over Microsoft Corp.’s arrangement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide the federal agency’s 120,000 employees with e-mail and other services over the Internet, claiming the search engine giant did not get a fair shot at making a bid for the major cloud computing deal.
