Ex-BofA Workers Took Client Info To Dynasty, Suit Says

Law360 (December 9, 2010, 7:06 PM EST) -- Bank of America NA alleged Thursday that a team of former employees from its U.S. Trust wealth management business misappropriated trade secrets and breached contracts with the bank when they resigned and headed to Dynasty Financial Partners LLC in early December.

The four former employees of U.S. Trust's New York office took confidential client information that would give Dynasty an unfair edge in the wealth management realm, according to a complaint filed in the New York Supreme Court, County of New York.
