Best Buy Sex Bias Action Stayed Pending Wal-Mart

Law360 (December 10, 2010, 6:19 PM EST) -- A federal judge has stayed most of a race and sex bias suit against Best Buy Co. Inc., including a hearing on class certification, pending the outcome of Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s challenge to the certification of the largest-ever sex bias suit.
