Plane Crash MDL Judge Sends 5 Cases To State Court

Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 3:23 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation over a 2009 plane crash that claimed 50 lives has remanded five cases against Continental Airlines Inc., Colgan Air Inc., aviation training company FlightSafety International Inc. and others to state court.
