Microsoft Founder's Patent Suit Shut Down For Now

Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 5:21 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed a suit by Microsoft Corp. co-founder Paul Allen accusing numerous major technology and e-commerce companies like Google Inc. and Apple Inc. of infringing four Web patents owned by Allen's company Interval Licensing LLC, but left the door open for Allen to reassert his claims.
