Northwest Funds Refuse To Let Disclosure Issue Die

Law360 (March 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Despite acquiescing to a judge’s order, the hedge funds at the center of Northwest Airline’s bankruptcy case are still angry about being forced to turn over trading data and have decided to keep fighting the demand.

The ad hoc committee of equity security holders on Monday filed a notice of appeal, choosing to take their complaint to the U.S. District Court for the District of Manhattan.
