Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 3:21 PM EST) -- A fired associate has sued Long Island, N.Y.-based intellectual property law firm Carter DeLuca Farrell & Schmidt LLP, saying male partners discriminated against her as a woman, then fired her for complaining about it.
