Justices Won't Address Venue In Apple Monopoly Case

Law360 (December 13, 2010, 2:36 PM EST) -- A competition case brought against Apple Inc. by Taiwanese MP3-player maker Luxpro Corp. will now proceed in a California federal court, after the U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to take up Luxpro's challenge to an order transferring the case from Arkansas.
