FDA Moves To Improve In Wake Of Safety Scrutiny

Law360, New York (March 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Congress has introduced several bills that would change regulations regarding drug safety despite moves the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has already made in the wake of the withdrawal of Vioxx and critical reports by groups such as the Institute of Medicine.
