Plaintiffs Seek Class Cert. In Credit Suisse Suit

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 3:08 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs in a mortgage-backed securities suit against Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC have moved for class certification, identifying at least 97 class members who allegedly received misleading offering documents from the investment bank in 2006.

The motion, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeks to appoint Wolf Popper LLP as lead counsel for the class.
