Ninth Circuit Upholds Arbitration Fee Award

Law360, New York (March 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Several former Morgan Stanley DW Inc. customers who challenged a National Association of Securities Dealers arbitration fee award have had their argument denied by an appeals court.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit denied a motion filed by former Morgan Stanley customer Norma Yu Galan on behalf of herself and five other former customers who were ordered to pay $29,400 in NASD forum fees.
