NY State Sen., Son Plead Not Guilty To Embezzlement

Law360 (December 15, 2010, 4:22 PM EST) -- Outgoing New York state Sen. Pedro Espada Jr. and his son are free on bond after pleading not guilty Wednesday to charges of siphoning $500,000 from their nonprofit health care network to pay for show tickets, cars and other luxuries.
