Boeing Denied Defense Costs Over DOE Project

Law360 (December 15, 2010, 4:04 PM EST) -- The U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals has denied Boeing Co.'s bid to recover common defense costs incurred by Rockwell International Corp. in a suit over a U.S. Department of Energy contract for maintenance of a nuclear power plant brought prior to the aerospace giant's partial acquisition of the company.
