BofA Fights $590M Ruling Over Lehman Seizures

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 2:58 PM EST) -- Bank of America Corp. has appealed a bankruptcy judge's decision ordering it to shell out approximately $590 million to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. to cover funds it seized just after the investment giant checked into bankruptcy court in 2008.
