9th Circ. Revives DairyAmerica's Katrina Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 8:26 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has given milk supplier DairyAmerica Inc. another chance to convince a lower court that its insurer New York Marine and General Insurance Co. should pay for the loss of more than 20 loads of powdered milk during Hurricane Katrina.
