Judge Again Denies Western Titanium's Bid For Mistrial

Law360, New York (December 17, 2010, 6:51 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied Western Titanium Inc.'s latest motion for a mistrial during a military contracting fraud case in which the government alleges the company passed off substandard metal as high-quality.

The trial, now 25 days old, continued Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, where Judge Janis L. Sammartino rejected the company's claim that the government's string of incomplete or inadequate disclosures had cost it a fair trial.
