Funeral Co. Faces Another Wage-And-Hour Action

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 2:16 PM EST) -- Service Corp. International, the largest funeral services provider in the U.S., has been hit with a putative class action accusing the company of forcing employees to perform community work and handle other after-hours responsibilities without proper pay.
