Regulator Shouldn't Argue For Blue Cross, Fund Says

Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 7:34 PM EST) -- Pipefitters Local 636 Insurance Fund has asked a federal appeals court to reconsider its decision to allow Michigan's insurance commissioner to argue in support of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan in the health insurer's bid to undo the certification of an Employee Retirement Income Security Act class.
