Ex-Gov. Can't Use Skilling To Ditch Prison: Judge

Law360 (December 21, 2010, 3:33 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Tuesday denied former Illinois Gov. George Ryan's bid to check out early from his 6 1/2-year prison sentence, ruling that a U.S. Supreme Court decision limiting the honest services fraud statute did not invalidate his convictions.
