Lucasfilm Settles DOJ Probe Into Pixar Hiring Pact

Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 6:17 PM EST) -- Lucasfilm Ltd. has reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice to settle antitrust claims that it entered into unlawful agreements with Walt Disney Co. unit Pixar to not hire away each other's skilled workers.
