Judge Won't Split Discovery In SemGroup Action

Law360 (December 22, 2010, 3:34 PM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down an effort by a slew of defendants, including Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, to bifurcate class certification and merits discovery in a putative securities class action stemming from the collapse of SemGroup LP.
