House Strikes Blow At Airbus Tanker Bid

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 1:21 PM EST) -- The U.S. House of Representatives has passed a bill requiring the U.S. Department of Defense to consider a World Trade Organization ruling on Airbus SAS subsidies when it awards a $35 billion contract to update the U.S. Air Force's aerial tanker refueling fleet.
